The U.S. Trustee Program is implementing virtual § 341 meetings of creditors in chapter 7, 12, and 13 cases in the Western District of Texas for § 341 meetings being held on or after June 3, 2024.

Please join the U.S. Trustee's office for an Information Session to prepare for this change.  Please see the attached flyer for session dates and registration information.

The session is open to everyone and will cover a variety of topics including:

-  Connecting to a Zoom meeting,

-  Participating in a virtual meeting,

-  Requirements for verifying a debtor's ID,

-  and more.
